Founded in Manitoba in 2019 by Dr. Sadeesh Srinathan, iSBERGDATA began with a need to better monitor outcomes after surgery. That clinical question brought research and software development together.
Today, our work spans electronic medical records, personal health tools, healthcare billing, interoperability, custom software, applied AI and consulting. We continue to start with the clinical need, the workflow and the people affected.
Our mission is to help healthcare professionals, patients and organizations use information more effectively to support safer, more efficient and more equitable care.
Dr. Sadeesh Srinathan

Dr. Sadeesh Srinathan founded iSBERGDATA in Manitoba in 2019, bringing together his experience in thoracic surgery, clinical research and healthcare leadership.
He holds an MSc in Clinical Epidemiology from McMaster University and previously chaired the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada's Specialty Committee in Thoracic Surgery.
His work in patient outcomes, evidence-based medicine and structured clinical reporting informs the company's approach: start with a real clinical need and make information more useful to the people delivering and receiving care.
